Kinijit Delegation travelling to Europe and North America Print E-mail

Kinijit Leadership has announced the names of the delegates to depart for Europe and North America.

The delegation coming to Europe is lead by Ato Muluneh Eyuel and includes Dr Yacob Haile Mariam, Ato Abayneh Berhanu, Ato Kifle Tigeneh, Ato Aschalew Ketema, according the letter by Ato Hailu Shawel to the Kinijit Support Council in Europe.

Ato Hailu Shawul will also lead the delegation traveling to the US and will be accompanied by Wzrt. Bertukan Mideksa, Dr Hailu Araya, Dr Berhanu Nega, Ato Gizachew Shiferraw, and Ato Brook Kebede, the letter to the North America Support Group announced.

Kinijit executive committee has also nominated three individuals to coordinate the tour, namely Prof. Alemayehu G. Mariam, Ato. Tamagne Beyene, Dr. Solomon Alemu.

Since May 2006, the top five most popular Ethiopian web sites (including CyberEthiopia) and several blogs have been blocked across the nation. The apparent objective is to prevent the dissemination of information that is critical of the regime.
